This 1977 Holden LX Torana Hatchback has been upgraded into a tough, highly detailed street car with serious driveline, suspension and braking improvements. The original Holden engine has been replaced with a 350 Chevrolet small block fitted with aftermarket aluminium heads, electronic ignition, air conditioning, power steering and a polished CVF Racing drive kit. Backed by a Tremec manual transmission and a custom-built Ford 9” differential with Wilwood disc brakes, the car delivers strong performance with improved reliability and control. The package also includes a Superformance-built IFS front end, Aldan coil overs, Flaming River power rack and pinion steering, Superformance Chassis Strengthening kit, adjustable rear suspension arms, ADR-approved seat belts, GPS, central locking and an immobiliser.
