Chevrolet Performance Gen 6 Big Block Chevy Engine Block
Direct from Chevrolet Performance are these 454 c.i.d. bare engine blocks. These are special Gen. VI bare iron blocks with 4.25 in. cylinder bores with 4-bolt main bearing caps. They have machined fuel pump pads, a one-piece rear main seal design, and standard 454 deck height. The maximum cylinder bore on these blocks is 4.250" plus .060", and will require the "Gen V/GenVI" design one-piece oil pan.
